Refund & Return Policy

At NuLand Hot Stuff Company, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we out into packing every order.  Due to the nature of our consumable products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges..

Damaged or Broken Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or broken, we're happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.  To ensure a smooth replacement process and for us to file a claim with our shipping carrier, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery.  Email us at nulandhotstuff@yahoo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Include photo of damage.  Please attach clear photos of:
  • The damaged product(s)
  • The original packaging, including the shipping label
  • The box showing any visible damage

This helps us file a claim with the carrier and ensures we can send a replacement quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
