CREOLE HOT SAUCE

We were asked to create a special flavor for our beloved, long-running Local, Bayou Cajun Festival in Norfolk, Virginia.  We created this Creole Hot Sauce, inspired by French, Spanish & Louisiana flavor profiles that packs a punch of all of those magical flavors in an aged cayenne base with Roasted Red Peppers, Carrots, Apples, Tomatoes and a light-handed amount of subtle, underlying smoke.  You can literally make any dish a Creole dish, by the addition of this sauce.  It screams red bean n rice, shrimp, crab.. It also wildly makes a bangin' Creole hummus, that can then be used as a condiment on wraps and sandwiches.
