GO BLUE! BLUEBERRY, FIG N FENNEL, WITH HICKORY HOT SAUCE

We became an official vendor of Old Dominion University in 2022 and were asked to come up with a special flavor for the students.  We chose Blueberry as a spirited salute to ODU School colors. And it just so happens that ODU is the Hot Sauce Lady's Alma mater, so we especially wanted to do this flavor justice.  Go Blue has a totally unique flavor profile unto itself; like none other you can find. It has been described as a Jammy BBQ Sauce and made the best BBQ grilled chicken ever.  Just tenderize that chicken in our Dill Pickle Hot Sauce and slap it on the grill, to be basted with Blueberry at the end. Besides the fact that there are already pretty dope ingredients like fig and fennel to accompany the blueberry like the best supporting role, it gets knocked out a the end with a Hickory surprise finish.
