NORFOLK HOT - BY NULAND

We were asked to create a special sauce for our local Nash Fest, in Norfolk, Virginia - a yearly Nashville Food & Music Celebration - that would be a play on Nashville Hot Chicken.  We came up with this sweet heat version that has been told to us rivals our current Best Seller:  The Norfolk Hot Mermaid.  The sweet heat works perfectly on breading, due to its sticky adherence.  (Hint: chicken can also be marinated prior to breading it - in Mr Picklesworth Dill Pickle Hot Sauce) We've tried Norfolk Hot ~ by NuLand with both Hot Chicken and Hot Cauliflower and say it's excellent!
